Is this a single 7 Oz. bag?

Are these actually garlic Parmesan and herb or actually ranch flavored? because the title and picture is deceiving

Most definitely Not ranch flavored. It has a pronounced garlic flavoring and the parmesan does come through too, but the 'herb' is mostly parsley with a hint of rosemary. It is a fav of mine.

Are these packed so the chips don’t crumble in shipping?

Don't worry these are actually pita chps which are thicker. this is my absolutely favorite seasoning. There will be little pieces but they are not breakable like the thin potato chips. Enjoy

How many bags of chips are included in this offer for $17.17? The shipping weight says 4.6 ounces but the description says this is a 7.33 ounce bag!!

I don't know what offer you're looking at, but my order was 12 bags of 7.3 ounces each. They do make smaller bags... like snack bags. Perhaps Amazon might have the description wrong. The box is very light because after all, they're chips. Perhaps the official shipping weight is less than a pound.
