It's right there in my title. Absolute garbage!! From the get-go, it wouldn't hold a charge & therefore I wasn't ever able to even turn it on. NEVER CHARGED OR TURNED ON, EVEN ONCE!!Apparently it's "ineligible for return" (which I get why, for this type of item) - but to NOT be able to get my money back for a DEFECTIVE item, that was not used & wouldn't be usable to anyone, is BEYOND CRAZY!!!
