I had a trip coming up and I didn't want to spend hundreds on an expensive gear. I thought I give this a shot since the price was so cheap. I am new to action camera and I wanted to use this gear to learn. I was very surprised with the high quality videos I was able to capture with this. I used this camera to shoot jet skiing videos, underwater videos, and still pictures. I can't wait to take more outdoor videos with this camera. Great camera for the money!

Very frustrated with battery ...appear to be charged but does not turn on camera! After googling appears to be an issue with them not me as a new user. At least it came with two batteries and we got to use it. The camera itself took great film of our dog sled ride in Fairbanks. I haven’t taken a lot of photos with it yet so next vacation will see how that works and using the underwater camera for scooter scuba adventure in Hawaii. Gave it a 4 because of the battery and hoping with time it gets better with use!

The first one we received was DOA so we returned and the second one worked fine. Software is a bit quirky and made for touchscreen which this model does not have...but can still manage ok. Quite intuitive. Tons of accessories.

Wifi connection didn't work, the screen had a very apparent refresh line going from right to left, could not connect to computer as webcam, could not connect to computer to view video or photo it would kept connecting and disconnecting. You need a really expensive SD card to use 4k. Overall not worth it gonna try another brand even though they are all probably made in the same factory.

If you're looking for a budget action cam, this one is definitely a good go-to. I purchased this to record my off-roading trips and didn't want to spend $100s on a camera that might get knocked off or shattered by a branch and crushed under the tires.Comes with plenty of add-ons and attachments. The wrist remote is awesome and the case and mounts are all real sturdy. The companion app is really cool, but definitely not 100% functional (plus, lots of it was only in Chinese last I used it).The image/video and audio quality does leave something to be desired, however. Of course, you get what you pay for (compared to a go-pro). It struggles a bit in high contrast lighting (bright sky with dark forest are a struggle) and its low light is not the best, but still not bad. The audio quality isn't the best from within the case either, but I didn't buy it for the mic.Overall, if you're looking for a cheaper, rugged action cam to just record your adventures and not worry about it getting lost/stolen, this is the one. It won't be 4k-award-winning-film quality, but it'll definitely do the job to show the cool stuff you did.

Picture and sound quality are pretty good. Overall, it is well worth the money. The only downside I have noticed is that the adhesive for the helmet mount wasn't very strong overtime. Mine fell off after a few months of use.I suggest some double sided gorilla tape which was fairly strong to remedy this. I tried to upload a video but Amazon kept giving me an error

This camera meets all my expectations and works well with photos and video. The only cons to this one which is minor nitpicking on a small level is.. 1. there's no touch screen, all operated by push button. (Just for those who prefer touch screen but I couldn't care less as long as it works properly and it has been so far) and 2. the recorded audio quality is not that great. If you want a decent action camera with a reasonable price that won't burn a hole in your wallet, this is not a bad choice of camera and it's included with lots of extra accessories which is a bonus.
