Good product..Good material, works as described....

I got back into running and was hoping these would prevent knee injuries. Sure does. I make sure to ice my knees after my run has made a huge difference. Love that these wrap and stay in place.

We liked having two to rotate after my husbands knee surgery. They provide lots of cold, but don’t last too terribly much longer than about 40 minutes. They have held up very well.

These ice packs are an excellent product, but they have a couple of quirks to deal with. First off, the soft coating somehow manages to catch condensation as the pals warm. THEY DO NOT DRIP! I put one in the freezer and one in the fridge to compare. The fridge one is amazing. It is very pliable and forms around my knee (replacement surgery) very easily. The cold benefit last nearly an hour before you need to change it. Naturally, the freezer one lasts much longer. How long? I don’t know. But it is still cold after two hours. And, no dripping whatsoever. Since it is frozen, this one takes some effort to form it tight to your limb. But you can reposition it after about 15-20 minutes. My only complaint is with the straps that hold it on. No instructions were included, so it was trial and error all the way. Somewhat tricky to get the Velcro fasteners on the correct side so they will grip. I’m still learning every time I put it on. This could be improved with a little engineering which would make the straps shorter. Over all, this is a good product that works very well. I highly recommend it.
