I started using this at the beginning of 2018. Back then the original ingredients was less sweeter and it had HICA. I was looking for protien isolate when I came across crazy muscle. At first it tasted bitter so I thought it was a bad batch. After writing to them it was confirm that it was the HICA and to just a little bit more water. Instead of 8oz I up my liquid to 12 oz. The bitterness was non existence. I came to like it cause I was looking for something more serious with little to no fillers. This was it. I introduce this to my nephew who was in the wrestling team and he loved it. We both had noticable gains in muscle mass, recovery, and strength. With the new formula its sweet. Really sweet. No bitterness but really sweet. It taste like commercial protien shakes like ON or Muscle Pharm. It's also a protien blend now. Isolate and concentrate. This is the first time I'm tasting this new formula after my surgery and 3 months of off gym. I hope the bring back the original hica formula...at least bring it back as a different product and keep this product for the people who are used to the sweet commercial taste.

So just like other major competitors this protein can definitely hold its own. It isn't the best tasting like the weight gainers, but that's because of the lack of sugar and fat, which is a good thing. I love the fact that each scoop is 30 grams of protein where most brands offer 20-25. This also has more BCAA's then any other brand which are also essential to growth. I am defiantly satisfied with this brand as it offers quality ingredients and a full profile. This is a must have product if you're serious about you're diet and training. Its also great if you want something just to give you a boost. Being a hardcore trainer this is a supplement that is small enough to fit in my backpack so I can always have it ready and available

Everything about this product is just fantastic. The ingredients are everything I want to be putting into my body. The company spells everything for you right then and there and always offers education on usage. I’m super happy that this protein is user friendly and that it’s 30g per 1 scoop of 42.2 grams so a decent protein percentage. The BCAAS are an awesome bonus so I don’t have to drink as many mixtures throughout the day. You definitely get a great bang for your buck. I wasn’t a fan of the taste, I hope there are more flavor options soon. I’ve found my go to protein!

I found this protein because I was looking for something lean that didn't have much sugar - it's hard to beat 0g! I really like that it keeps me feeling full and that I haven't had any digestion issues, which I have experienced using other brands.

You can defiantly taste the vitamins in this protein but that's what you want when your serious about bodybuilding. No fillers no sugar just the good stuff. I remember this product used to cost a lot more, so I am happy that I can snag this at under 20$. I have went through so many different brands and honestly for the amount of protein you get per scoop this is by far the best bang for the buck.

This stuff is great! The flavor is nice and choclatey. It goes well with nonfat milk. Plus they add dugestive ezymes and extra leucine, which is the most powerful BCAA for building muscle.
