a lot of people say its small, but it isnt in my view - just fine for what it is meant for. and it is well made.its about twice the size of an average pencil case, which is fine for carrying the pen, meter, needles and insulin and other misc.the smaller version will take the pen, insulin needles but not the meter comfortablyboth are good for what they are. estimated to be good for 8 hours and will maintain temp below 20C for 3 days.

Presa per tenere al fresco insulina e i set per il controllo glicemico. Per fortuna ci entrano anche (praticamente di misura) gli aghi per la rilevazione continua della glicemia che hanno bisogno di essere anche loro tenuti al fresco. Adesso è da vedere per quanto tempo riesce a mantenere una temperatura fresca, però ad occhio sembra ben fatta.. vedremo.Nella confezione ci sono anche i 4 panetti di ghiaccio.Non ho messo valutazione impermeabilità perché al momento non ho avuto tempo di sperimentare questa caratteristica.Aggiornamento: utilizzata per un viaggio in moto. Messa nello zaino (nero) in mezzo ai vestiti per evitare che fosse prorprio sotto il sole. In viaggio dalle 7:00 di mattina, alle 16:00 era ancora bella fresca. Credo avrebbe resisitito ancora un pochino. Per quel che mi serve, perfetta.

Ho aspettato di averlo utilizzato prima di recensire la borsa termica. L’ho presa per il trasporto Ospedale-casa e funziona benissimo. Tiene molto bene la temperatura. Spedizione Amazon perfetta.
