Hi, I bought this a few months ago and it's great but the connections are quite loose and the app is responding less than half of the time. I have only ever had it in a fixed position so there is no way that it could have been broken or tampered with. Do you have any advice? Is it possible to arrange a refund/return? I realise it's a while since I bought it and I appreciate that you need to be profitable as a business but I expected it to last longer than this. Best regards and Merry Christmas! James

The lights arrived quickly stuck to back of TV and started to fall off after a few days so had to use small bits of duct tape to stick them back on and trying to get the remote from play store was a bit tricky but once downloaded works great and now get used every night as makes watching TV a more emersive experience

No remote control, only via app, but as there is no android app, lights won't work,Request a refund, if you have Android phone, do bother with these

The media could not be loaded.  Some of the leds on the strip has burned out or something because It has to to be on white color but its showing almost all colours. And the last one had to be rainbow.

If it had a physical on/off switch, I'd have given it 5 stars. It gets tiring to have to run the app each time you want to just switch the lights on/off.

Easy to install, strong adhesion, looks great on a 60" TV, not overly bright just perfect.

These lights create a nice atmosphere when watching tv. The strips are easy to install and the adhesive is strong but also allows for repositioning when first installing.

With this fitted to my 40" samsung TV its actually bought another dimension in the room and it has lit it up.
