Awesome card
I’m absolutely thrilled with this RTX 5080 Master. The temps and performance are fantastic — it stays cool even under heavy load and delivers way more power than I expected (Fractal North XL). The extra fan is a great bonus, and the included support stand to prevent GPU bending is another big plus. The build quality is excellent; it really feels like a premium piece of hardware. In my case I use the card with RGB and LCD Display turned off, but the display and the lighting effects on the fans look really impressive in a good way if you’re into that. Just keep in mind that this card is huge, so make sure you’ve got enough space in your case. And yeah, the price is on the higher side, but honestly, the experience and performance make it totally worth it.

Best buck for both worlds!
All I gotta say is flawless, I did get this gpu on sale and it definitely was worth the price. This is my first build and I’m very happy with it. The graphics are insane and was able to run everything at max settings, paired this gpu with the 9950X3D. The build quality is amazing although it’s definitely heavy and on the larger side. Installing it was easy and overall the performance is fantastic, of course nothing beats a 5090 but this is great best value for both worlds!

Absolute UNIT
An absolute beast of a GPU! Coming from an RTX 3080 and upgrading to a 5080 feels so good. I can max out games at 1440p, and run 5k with DLSS performance and still get over 60fps. DLSS performance looks so close to native to the point where I don’t notice. I’m set for at least the 70 series for sure :D

HUGE upgrade, literally.
Upgraded from a RTX 3080 12GB with AIO cooler. Firstly, this card is HUGE. I had to relocate the front radiator fans in my case to the outside of the case (which worked fine btw). It's a MSI MPG GUNGNIR 110R mid-tower case, which I think is pretty standard as far as design and size. Second point, this GPU stays COOL. I was pretty concerned that I'd have to purchase an AIO, since the 3080 I upgraded from cooled so much better with one. AIO unnecessary here! Stays right around 60°C at full load, ~65°C after 4-5 hour heat soak in an 85°F room. But it stays cool because of the massive heat pipe/radiator fin setup on it, which is why it's such a huge card. Third point, it's very quiet. If I force it to full fan speed, you can hear it, but even then it's nothing crazy loud in my opinion. It also has never needed to go full speed to cool on it's own. Stays quiet and cool for long periods of 100% GPU load. I use it for 4K gaming while 4K streaming/recording, and highly modified games like Cyberpunk. I was skeptical of frame gen, but at 2x-3x it's barely noticeable quality-wise. 4x and it starts to look bad. DLSS works fine without the frame gen too. As far as raw power (No DLSS, No frame gen), it can pull 60FPS at 4K on a maxed out demanding title. Lastly, price. Was it worth the upgrade? These prices are nuts. Plus I had to upgrade the rest of my 4 year old system so this GPU wouldn't be bottlenecked. But it is what it is, prices aren't ever going back down. This was a huge upgrade from a very capable 3080. I could still return and refund all of it, and I have no plans to do so.

Solid Upgrade
This is an upgrade from an RTX 3060 (12gb vram), which served me well as long as I had it. It could handle Cyberpunk 2077, Path of Exile 2, WoW, pretty much anything you can think of. An interesting case for me was STALKER 2. I was excited to play it when it came out but the performance was just awful so I waited around for a performance patch, and one has yet to come. Because of this, and not being able to run Cyberpunk with much ray tracing, and wanting to future proof, and, let's admit, just wanting more power, I did some research and decided the 5080 is the right upgrade for me. Considering I normally play games at 1440p, this is overkill for anything out there today. That's fine. Every game I've thrown at it is trivial at max settings, with a few tweaks. In every case "DLSS Quality" is smoother than DLAA. Smoothness is very important to me because I grew up in an age where 60fps was the gold standard, and if you could get better, great. Other than that, it's nice to not fuss over settings. Negotiating with a game over what framerate I can get is one of my least favorite activities. Now for the fear anxiety aspects. The power draw is higher, much higher than my 3060. This means my case is warmer, and it especially likes to collect in the rear, where the PSU lives. While installing, I had to add another PCIe cable to the PSU to satisfy the 12v adapter. I saw something online that said you don't have to connect all 3 dangle bits, but you do. It'll boot into Windows, the lights will come on, but you won't get signal. My thermals have been quite reasonable under load. The card is much, much quieter than my CPU fan, which for a long time I mistook for my 3060's fan. The CPU fan tends to kick in hard during shader compilation and other graphics adjacent processes, as expected (Ryzen 7 7800X3D). No overheating, no shutdowns, no instability. Now when I mentioned I was getting a 5080, someone on the internet warned me of my house burning down. As far as I can tell, this fear is overblown. The issues tended to be, again, as far as I can tell, from improper power seating, so check your connections, and check them twice, kiddies. And use something like HWmonitor to keep track of voltages and temps. For me, nothing has read as out of the ordinary. I generally have good experiences with Gigabyte products. Something worth mentioning though is this GPU is HUGE. It's not a card. It's an ENGINE. The biggest issue I had installing the card was the power connector to my motherboard was getting in the way of where the GPU sits. I tried my best not to bend the wire bundle at a sharp angle, but it was tough. It also takes up 3 "slots" in the back of the case, which was fortuitous because it's resting on a screw and holds up nice and tight. No spacer necessary. Anyway, it was more work than I bargained for because I had to find another PCIe cable and push some cables out of the way, but the effort was worth it in the end. If something goes wrong, I'll update my review because I won't have anything better to do.

Resa subito.
