Very good product, sturdier than thought it would be!Very good value for money.The only thing I would change would be the cap on the base, at the moment it just pushes shut but when the bag is punched heavily and the base moves water does spill out slightly.Easy fix, just put a screw cap on it!

Great technique bag.Will take reasonably full power strike but ideally suited for balance and technique work. If working with a partner then the standard shoulder to bag approach work's well.Durable and strong - for bag work as a part of a wider work out.Love this bag.

I really was getting frustrated by looking at 6ft 1 bags and then noticing the measurement were a hoax and only 5ft 6.so bought this and its about 6ft 3, i am 6ft 1 so can practice for the bigger man.Doesnt kick over, i was smashing it at 15 stone 8 and kicks never fell over once. even tried a running spinning kick .I filled mine with water and keep it outside in cover.the only downside i would say there is about this product is a minor one. The white diamonds on the base are just stuck on with some poor glue.. Most of mine have fallen off in a few weeks.hadnt used a bag in 1 year , so i did a 30 minute bag HIIT routing which is full power shots for 2 mins on and 1 min light .this has assist me in getting down to 14st 1 . so awesome totally helped me shred .would reccomend it

I got a different item from what I bought here and the assembling instructions were missing. I did manage to assemble it successfully though with the help of my husband. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Hay que rellenarla bastante porque si no se mueve demasiado

Nos enviaron producto diferente, otros colores pero no le dimos importancia. Lo montamos y lo tuvimos en un area abierta pero bajo sombra....la base literalmente se derritió con el calor del verano y el saco terminó en el piso. No lo recomiendo y no volvería a comprarlo.
