GlassOfVenice Murano Glass Venetian Reflections Hair Clip - Aqua Blue

This was beautiful. The colors are so vibrant. Heavier than we expected.

Was just as beautiful as I expected. I have visited Murano, Italy and love their glassware!

I have purchased eight of these hair clips. The color variation between the product shown and the product you receive is tremendous. I decided to call Glass of Venice about this issue, and they told me that they come in different batches, and the batches always differ in color. I told them that I would be returning three of them because I did not like the coloring of the clips I received. I was “strongly urged” to purchase insurance, and had to pay for the return shipping myself. I have since received an email from Glass of Venice informing me that all three clips arrived damaged (even though I packed them very, very well in the original package with additional tissue), and that I was to submit a claim to the Post Office. The Glass of Venice has stopped answering my emails requesting pictures of the broken items. I have submitted a claim to the Post Office, but I doubt very much I will see my money back. I am out $100 folks.
