Dopobo 5 Resistance Bands and Double-Sided Gliding Discs for Intense, Low-Impact Exercises

The sliders and bands are awesome! I had a set already but bought a second set to have different varieties of resistance when using double and triple bands! I use them for beach body 80 day obsession! The bands have kept their shape and have maintained their original great quality despite daily use. Great product!

I love workout bands!!!! I use these for Beachbody 80 Day Obsession. These bands lasted my entire 80 Day and then on Round 2 the small bands snapped. I was very impressed that they made it a whole round! I got these because I am a petite woman and the others just don't give me the resistance I need because they are too large.

Bought 2sets of these. One to work out my elderly father and one for me. Utilizing these bands for 10-15 minutes a day has increased his strength overall immensely. Doesn’t have to rely on a walker! 😃

They work okay the bands are good the sliders after a bit scratch but good value for those looking for something they can use short term, they also are smaller than the ones you can get at beachbody

Have been using the bands for a few weeks. The quality looks good, I am primarily using the heavy/x-heavy band. However they are not that resistant and have already started to spread a little, resulting in less resist ants.I am a little disapointed. The bag that holds them is nice and the glides good too. But the bands are not that durable or heavy duty

Bands slip and slide everywhere. The silky texture of the loops make them hard to stay put both with pants and on skin. I’ve gone progressively heavier with the bands to see if the tension keeps it in place ans they have been folding, slipping and sliding all over.Sliding disk work fine.

So far so good, I’ve been using the bands for a little while now and none of them have broken. I do wish they were a little thicker or better material, as they tend to roll up when you have them on legs especially. But they do the job.

Discs are great. I use them on carpet and haven’t had a problem. The bands are good but are not as strong as I expected them to be. If you are someone that exercises frequently you will probably need to double band to get the difficulty you want. I also wish the bands fit a little tighter.

I find the bands are quite big and not reflective in resistance of what they are labeled. They work for the price point, but...as for the sliders, still getting used to how they work. They scratched immediately upon use on the floor.

The bands were great, the sliders were hard to use. I have better sliders now and I would not recommend these sliders to anyone. If you can get the bands separately they are good quality.

Terrible. The yellow band broke on first use and the others are getting tears and are unsafe.

The gliders catch of the floor if your foot isn’t in the right spot because there is n lip on them. Sturdy design and the loops are great.

The resistance loops work great but the sliders are average at best. Foot sometimes slips off of them which is annoying and sometimes it doesn’t glide well. I have only used them on hardwood so I don’t know how they work on carpet.
