Gets the job done
If you need a cheap PC this is it. Not hard to set up. Decent amount of ports. Have not had a problem with reliability or speed so far. Noise is not a factor. Speed so far is only limited by wifi speed. Can’t beat the size either. Only downside so far is the port for the monitor sometimes loses connection.

Kamrui tried to scam me
What I received was what I didn’t order.Kamrui tried to scam me by sending me a very inferior product. When I reported this to Amazon I was asked to re-order by which time Kamrui showed it out of stock. However they created another listing with an increased price. This company cannot be trusted. In future I will be buying from GMKTec. I did not know that a company would treat that customers in this way. Beware!!!

Great Mini PC for Office use
Very impressed with this mini pc. It does exactly what I need for my home set up. I don't pc game. Its perfect for office applications, Online meetings (Zoom, Webex, and Teams) and its pretty fast. No lag issues. This is a perfect PC for a student or an office set up. The only minor complaint is no usb-c port. It powers 2 - 24" curved monitors (off brand Crua) 1 - 32 " curved monitor (Dell) 1 - 2 tb hard rive
