I really loved this keto box. It was literally keto heaven. It offered a very healthy variety of things, from sweet, to salty, to savory. The part that I liked the most is that they REALLY understand the keto diet and the danger of hidden sugars in most "popular" products. This box really looks into the macros needed to maintain ketosis. There were three different kinds of olives (which saved me a few times this week) and jerkys that were delicious.The cheese whisps were FANTASTIC and I am taking all the leftovers that I have not eaten with me on a road trip. It also came with almonds, seaweed chips (my fave), pumpkin seeds and much more. I hope that they make many different boxes to choose for, like a sweet keto box, a salty keto box, one for meats. I'd buy each and every one of them.

Most of the snacks were good, but the title of this product is misleading and confusing: "Low Sugar Free".Some of the products in the box contain sugar. People on a strict keto diet don't want any sugar. This product should be titled "low sugar". Having the word "Free" included implies no sugar.

Some items have added sugars, too many carbs, etc. Good attempt and there are some items that are friendly, however, I was under the impression the entire box would be Keto (hence the the name KETO Snacks Care Package?). I will give my husband and children the snacks that dont fit my macros...

I found this box to be a good selection (several items are the same item in multiples so that was kind of a bummer) but all full size product. I had been wanting to try the Quest items but when I looked at the label, shockingly, they were WAY out of my carb load. I can give these to my pencil thin college son who runs daily though so they are not a waste. I would recommend it as a newbie to Keto to experience/find new products but be mindful and read all of the labels. Not everything in here was Keto friendly unless you do your carbs on the high end. I try to stay under 20 carbs/day so a handful of items would not work for me, but again, I can give those to my kid or my husband. The box came with pork rinds that I had actually looked at purchasing as well and was glad they came in this box. I did not prefer the taste on those, but several full size meat sticks, cheese crackers and nut packages were included along with 4 Quest bars/cookies. Good variety. Some of the nut packages were also not very Keto friendly but those are also an individual call as to whether or not they fit your daily stats. I would say def give it a try . Lots I can carry in my purse or backpack for an on the go snack.

All of the snacks that I was excited to try were terrible. I’m talking had to spit them out terrible. I wanted to get the box so I could try healthier sweets since I was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Here is the run down:Quest Oreo bar: it was the texture of taffy and had a horrible after taste. - just pure nastyQuest Cookie: smells like chemicals and leaves your mouth feeling powderyDouble choc cookie: smells horrible and could only keep in mouth for couple of seconds before spitting out.Pizza and cheese puffs: pretty good but SUPER SALTYPork Rhines: literally tasted like a farm smells with tons of black pepperLemon bar: lemony taste but packed with seeds and nuts -hard taffy textureCheese crisps: again SUPER SALTY but ok tasting.Olives: deliciousNuts: deliciousBeef sticks: amazing (the jalapeño one was my fav, and I’m not really into Spicy foods)Pumpkin seeds: Good flavor not too spicySo basically everything that you want to try that isn’t like a normal thing you can get at the grocery store was horrible, and let me tell you I love to eat and am not that picky but omg the tastes were so off! I also had my 10 year old daughter try these with me a she had the same thoughts. Basically save your $50 and try making something homemade or eat less of the sweets that you love.

My wife is very very much into the Keto way of life. Me.... ehh. Anyhow.. we had just celebrated a wedding anniversary and used the box of snacks to help fill up the basket I made for her. She more than enjoyed the whole gesture. I can’t explain how much she is enjoying the snack assortment. And it’s the perfect assortment as well. You’re product saved me a lot of time of purchasing all those snack individually. Highly recommend this product to anyone that would enjoy those snacks. I’m not much of a keto person but I have sampled some of the snacks and they’re delicious. My wife also posted her baskets of goodies online for her other keto friends to see. A++ from her and I.

This actually did not have as many new ideas as I had thought it would and when I priced each item, I paid way more for the box all together than what the items would have been individually.

I feel it’s a great value as they pack the box full of great items to eat. They are full size too! I’m only halfway through the box but they are awesome products except I don’t like seaweed and there are 2 bags of seaweed snacks that I’ll give away. I will buy again!
