Really like this
Really like this. Distilled in about 4 hours. Bought a second one during black Friday sale. Really only wanted a second jug so I could distille while drinking from other jug. But it was only about $20 more for distiller too. So never hurts to have a backup. Replacement jugs are pricey.

this distiller had handle on the top, but even dry (not used yet!) was almost impossible to remove the lid - even with this convenient handle! I was afraid that after first use and being hot it will be sealed like jar. That was the reason for returning and I bought Life Basis distiller somewhere else (Amazon didn't have it).

I did not get any instructions. I do not know how to change or how often to replace charcoal filter. I love the machine and my psoriasis is clearing up from drinking this water.

Missing handle
Came with missing handle and strap for glass jar. Very disappointed going to return it

Clean, easy & fast
I bought the stainless steal distiller to use to make my husbands water for his C-pap machine. It’s so easy to use I don’t know why I didn’t look into it sooner. It’s fast & convenient verses lugging water in from the grocery store. Plus you make it yourself you know how it’s made without worry about contamination or worry of recall.
