I have used this spice on a lot of meats, mostly smoked. Very tasty!

Taste is good but quantity is not as promised.
I just received my order of a three 1 lb bags of Kosmos Dirty Bird BBQ, Kosmos Dirty Bird BBQ Hot, and Kosmos Honey Chipotle Killer Bee. The 1st thing that I noticed is that the amounts in each bage was not the same. So, I weighed them on a digital scale only to find that the weights with the plastic bag were 15.1, 14.5 and 15.2 ounces. I paid for 16 Oz each without the bag's weight. If Kosmos does this for every order, then this will make a big difference to them at the end of the year.I like how the rub tastes, and I have no issue with the quality, however, give me what I paid for and don't short change the customer. While I don't believe this was intentional, however, Kosmos should have a better Quality Control and Quality Assurance for their products. Thank you.

its great on everything, pork back ribs is my favorite thing to use it on. more sweet and less salt than most seasonings

My go to spices
It is very good when used on my Traeger or gas Weber for beef, chicken and pork. I use the Cow Cover on beef or a mix of Honey/Cow depending on mood. The seller was also great when I received the wrong spice (twice) and refunded the purchases. I drove 2hrs to get some for my 6 full racks of ribs for the holiday... It's that good.

Definitely my go-to rub
I've been using Kosmos' products for a couple years now, and everything he sells is top notch, the rubs, the wing dust, all of it. This particular rub is my go-to for just about everything. Brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, you name it. Its not the cheapest product available for sure, but you get what you pay for.Also, if you're a foodie like we are, Kosmos' recipes on his website and youtube channels are dead on. I have never had one fail like most of the other recipe sites. ATK is the worst of them!!!! Kosmos is batting 1000 in my book. Keep it comin!
