I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas in 2019. Her mom was known for making crepes and she had recently passed away. I got an A++++ for the Christmas present because it was going to inspire her to make crepes and reminded her of her mother. This has been taken on a girl's weekend and, of course, used on a night we had dinner recently. My 12-year old daughter was able to figure this out, with some guidance on how to do it, but it was very easy to use. It cooked the crepes perfectly and we had fun with it! Best. Gift. Ever.

That is right, in December 2019, I ordered two new crepe makers for my wife and mother of my eight children. Our old crepe maker was the kind where you dipped the hot pan into the batter to make a crepe, it is a messy, dangerous attempt every time you make a crepe. These new crepe pans provide an unbelievable amount of ease in use, and crepe making. They work perfectly at the desired temperatures; they clean up simply and they are great and easy to store in any cabinet. I will continue to buy great products from the isiler team. MIchael L. Spring has sprung ~ the visitors have come 🥰 We have lots of visitors and our house gets full. So having Crepes that are rounded instead of by a spoon are great! These cook quickly, clean up fast too. We make breakfast Crepes, gourmet dinners Crepes (Lobster in a Cognac sauce anyone?), recipes anyone can do! It makes us look like we know what we’re doing 👍 And what we put on the table tastes pretty darn good. The company instantly replaced one machine that had a bad light. Just ran it down to a Khols here, they did all the boxing everything. Amazon has a lot of return agreements with places like that. It truly makes for hassle free shopping 👍

I really wanted to have that machine (I’m French and I missed the crepes so bad) but I’m a little disappointed. First I have the feeling that the machine doesn’t heat the same everywhere. You can’t remove the plate to wash it and/or between the plate and the machine (I have dough stuck here). The switch doesn’t turn well it gets stuck at some point. The heat is not enough compared to a real machine.

The crepe maker was great and made really nice, thin, perfect crepes. The tools worked really well. The only trouble we had was with determining what heat setting was best. We left it on high as per the instructions and they cooked too fast. We worked our way down to low and there seemed to be a brown ring on the one side of the crepes. It would have been helpful to have a recommended recipe and cooking instructions. Everything else we found just by looking at tutorials online. Clean up was easy and we stored it back in the box to keep the surface from being scratched. Really good purchase overall.

Gave this to my mother for Christmas and was very disappointed. She was so excited to make the crepes and had the family over for breakfast today. We took the maker out of the box and it was missing a piece on the front (we can see the electronics inside). We started cooking the crepes. They are supposed to take 30 seconds on each side. We would wait 5 minutes and they still aren’t brown (1/4 cup of batter and machine on dark setting). We all agreed that the machine wasn’t getting hot enough. We tried again on the stove and it worked perfectly. Not worth the money. Refund please.

" update" as Sept, received a new replacement crepe maker, this time it worked much better. It heated up faster and I don't have to wait too long to flip crepe. I still turned to high heat though, don't think there is any uses for low heat. Anyway, I enjoy making crepe at my dinner room table while share conversation with family. if you are cooking for yourself and you have all the time in the world, this is the one for you to make crepe. Because it will take you half of hour just to get one done. you can go take a shower and come back, it won't even burned. One the other hand, if you can bunch of kids to feed, this will cause you to pull your hair out. the control on this are only low heat and high. And I am using high the whole time when I was making crepe. I don't know when you ever need to use low heat especially when even on high heat you barely getting your crepe into brown spots. Just don'y buy this junk.

Before I bought this crepe maker, I make pancake with normal pan , it is nonstick, but it is hard for me to control the temperature. When I finally get a perfect pancake , there was no more pancake paste left. I almost lost confidence and patience. After that, I didn't make any pancake for long time. Recently, I find this machine, it totally ignite my confidence, after some comparison, I get this one, my family like the pancake , that makes me happy! It come with some tools that make m easier to make pancake . Safe my time.
