Great price and makes a terrific appearance. The Tweed is a good mix and it just depends on the light in the room if it looks gray or brown.While the seat cushions are removable they are not reversible. How much more can it cost to upholdster the entire cushion? The cushions are too firm! Lighten up a bit manufacturer.Even with these minor complaints I am satisfied and would buy it again. Original delivery was stated as June 11 but am happy to report it was delivered on May 31 and the two delivery guys were great.

Received today, so no thoughts as to long-term quality. Nice sofa, color is darker than appears in picture, but that is fine for my family. Only thing that wasn't great was installing the rear legs -- the holes to screw the legs into were not clearly marked, nor felt, through the fabric under the sofa, so we had to cut into the bottom lining to find the holes.

Pro: This couch and loveseat set looks really nice.Con: This couch is too soft and provides no support. When guests come over, they ask if they ask if they can bring a kitchen chair into our living room to sit on. I think that says it all. I live here and I prefer a kitchen chair. It does look nice, but that only makes me madder at what a piece of junk this is taking up space in our living room. We even tried adding a board under the cushion, and while that helped some, it doesn't help enough by a long shot.Does anyone know if we can just replace the foam with a more dense foam? Or is that throwing good money after bad and should we just bite the bullet and get a better coach and throw this practially new sofa and loveseat set in the dump?

We were initially pleased with this purchase. Three months after owning it and minimal use of it (we seldom use this room of house) ... the springs under it began disconnecting from the wood base. . We had to rip the bottom protective cover off to discover the issue. VERY POORLY MADE. This is a huge disappointment !! The couch at this point cannot even be sat on. The furniture store said it’s discontinued and we should just try to fix it ourself. “It should be easy!!”
