When the order came the two extra wheels were not included. I contacted the company by email and withi a couple hours I was chatting with Laura from customer service who apologized for the error and told me she would send them right away. I received them a few days later and immediately attached them to my walker and now I love the product. It was easy to assemble very stable and light enough for me to be able to lift in and out of the back of my car. (I am barely 5ft. And 116 lbs. and 81 years old so this would be very important to me). I wooed highly recommend this product and the company.

Solid walker for less than medical supplies prices! Easy to pop open and close, sturdy and adjustable in height. I added tennis balls on the back legs for easy gliding.

Walker was easy to assemble without tools. Came with the standard round rear glides. expected SKI GLIDES as advertised. Nothing to panic over. The walker meets all the requirements such as being lightweight, stable, functionality, ease of use, very stable and well made. The 4 star rating is because of the Ski Glides. Shipping was fast and on time. Packaging is good.

Light weight, folds up quickly and easy to get in and out of my car. I drive a Chevy Malibu and have no trouble keping it behind my drivers seat.
