Very good tasting coffee with a boost

The media could not be loaded. I purchased both the Keurig pods and the bag. Both are very good but the Bag of ground mushroom coffee was the best! I was still able to use it in my Keurig using the purple plastic pod you can buy at any grocery store. The coffee is smooth with great flavors of regular coffee. Has a really nice aroma too! This is my go to coffee now and being 51 it really has helped me feel better. Who doesn’t want to feel energized and not suffer from bloat! I say get the bag it’s fantastic!!!!

Less caffeine than regular coffee but may need to buy more mushroom coffees if tariff prices get out of control.

I like this alternative of coffee. I feel better and it give some energy.

I liked the taste

Like most of you looking at this product, I too wanted a coffee infused with the medicinal benefits of many varieties of mushrooms. I'm a myco nerd, and was so excited to try this! After narrowing down my search to three products, I chose this one because it was the ONLY NON-INSTANT coffee. This means that I could prepare it Turkish-style over the stove top with my Ibrik (something you can only do with coffee grounds, not instant coffee powders). That sealed the deal, and I gladly placed the order.Upon receiving the coffee, I prepared it with my method (mentioned above), and it turned out great! I'm very excited drinking this, knowing the benefits I'm receiving from the mushrooms, all while it tastes JUST like a middle-higher end ground you'd pick up at the supermarket.I'm not a blogger or influencer; I don't write reviews for money or really any reason other than to show my genuine praise for a honestly great product, and hope to help the 10 other people that want both mushroom coffee and to be able to prepare it Turkish-style.Note to the product creator: the appeal of the other brands is the addition 2 bonus mushrooms included: maitake and shiitake. That's what almost made me buy Republica, BUT it is an instant coffee. As a customer, I'd recommend adding more types of mushroom extracts (like the ones listed) to compete and appeal to people who want the maximum amount of benefits from the most diverse variety of species extracts. Thanks for a great product, you have another lifetime buyer now!

The item was ordered as a Christmas gift and they put me on a subscription without my consent or knowledge. When I went to return the outrageously priced coffee, they wouldn’t allow a return. Buyer beware!

First, this isn't a total negative review. There are several good points. But, you need to know about this coffee before you drink it. I'll keep it short....Pros:- I like the taste especially with vanilla creamer. It does have a cinnamon flavor to it and I enjoy it.- It's not very acidic at all. I can't drink most hot coffees anymore due to it setting my reflux on fire but this coffee does not which is a big plus for me.- It will definitely wake you up....but, follow me to the Cons for more on that...Cons:- This coffee has a LOT of caffeine in it. I've been a regular coffee drinker for 30 years and I can definitely tell when one has a higher caffeine content that normal. This coffee has the most caffeine I've ever experienced and that is saying a lot as I have tried so many different kinds over the years. IMO, this could potentially be dangerous to those with blood pressure or other heart problems. I also do not like the fact the company says they "don't know" how much caffeine is in each scoop. Not very settling, but I can tell you it is a LOT. If I drink more than 1 cup of this stuff I am a jittery mess with a caffeine headache. That never happens to me unless I drink an excessive amount of any other brand.In closing, I will keep drinking this coffee but it will not be regularly. I will only drink it on days I'm really dragging and need a boost. Otherwise I will stick to something with lower caffeine content. This stuff can't possibly be good for your heart being consumed daily.Stay thirsty my friends...
