I use a safety razor and my biggest concern about having it out was the blade being easy to catch on but thankfully this is a quality piece and has been in used since purchase

I don't think I can add anything new here, other than this protective sheath is just what I needed to protect myself against cuts. It's well made, fits my razor perfectly. It has a snug fit so it won't fall off while in transit. It's made of leather and has a nice look and feel. 5 stars.

I needed a safety razor cover for my Rockwell 6S razor and wanted a simple minimalist cover to prevent my dopp bag from getting cut when I travel. My requirements were it had to be high quality leather, fit my razor perfectly, and not made in China. This item is perfect. Fits my razor great like it's made for it, not overly big, or small, perfect fit. The leather quality and sewing are top notch. The final great point, it's not made in China. Very happy with this purchase. 10 out of 10!

Perfect for traveling. Just toss it in your bag and let it float around with your other things. Not to worry about anything. My boyfriend likes to pack as little as possible, so this leather sleeve to protect to top of razor is perfect. I actually bought a leather case that held a safety razor and extra blades just to compare. The case was really well made but was bulky and had some wasted space which I don't know what I coulda fit in it to justify keeping the case verses the leather sleeve/sheath. These safety razors are timeless and built to last. The Razor Head is really all you need to worry about protecting. The handle/body of the razor will have character to it once it starts traveling with you and you start putting years of use on it.. I honestly love this set up so much I'm going to purchase another razor and a leather sheath for myself. Time to get away from plastic and the insanely expensive cartridges full of razor blade refills which end up in landfills verses the simplicity we all truly need to gravitate towards. The recycling of the used razor blades is genius. Keeps cost so low its a HUGE DIFFERENCE in price over all. Also earth conscious. Never heard of "Hide and Drink' before this leather sheath purchase. I see they have lots of fun stuff on their website. Honestly after seeing how well this product has been made, I will be purchasing other items from this company.

It’s nice, we’ll made and feels good. Fits on my Gillette just fine.I don’t like how it came with a two part leather keychain thing that serves no purpose. They could probably cut the cost in half by just giving you what you ordered. Now I have to hang on to the keychain for a couple years out of guilt until I finally throw it away.

Fits my new Henson razor perfect. Leather feels great and is sewn nicely. Adds a classy look to my razor. Glad I bought it and will go back to this company for any of my leather needs.

As nice as the sheath looks, it doesn't do what it's supposed to. A little to big always falls off the razor. Glad it wasn't expensive.

This cover looks great and seems well made, but I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and plan on trying out something else. It fits my Merkur razor very tightly and I find the blades dull when I come back to use them. If you are only using your blades once, I think this could work as a nice cosmetic cover, but I try to use them 2-3 times and was looking for a cover to protect the edges in my shave kit and this one isn’t working out.

This is beautifully crafted with real, and soft material. Fits my double side perfectly - and makes me feel safer keeping it either in my travel bag or even at home so not to cut myself when storing / reaching for it. Highly recommend - wish I had bough my years earlier.
