Still smells like a hotdog if you use with ferulic acid to maximize effect. Love this product, better price compared to Skinceutical’s and super easy to mix.

I first discovered Drunk Elephant about 14-15 years ago when I was in my late 30s, and I remember being amazed by what it did for my skin. As the brand became so popular over the years (even with teenagers), I honestly wondered if the quality had changed. I finally decided to try it again, and I was pleasantly surprised. The new packaging, with the vitamin C powder and liquid kept separate until you mix them, is a huge improvement because the formula stays fresh instead of oxidizing in the bottle. I’m now in my early 50s and live in Florida, so sun damage is a constant battle. After just two applications, my skin already looks brighter and smoother, and I can see my sun spots starting to soften. For skin in its 50s, this is impressive. It has already exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely come back and update this review after I’ve used it for a few more weeks.

This is packaged nicely to look like a high end product. However the dispenser very poor quality and when you press the pump, it squirts all over the place. It is cumbersome to mix the product to get ready for use and it smells terrible. I am very disappointed in this and feel as if I wasted the $79 that it cost. I can not recommend this and would suggest sticking to brand names that are proven.

For those who don't like the stickiness or burn, try C-Luma it is soft and lotion type lower acidity and very pleasant sent that is hardly noticeable. I got this one by mistake and like the other better. For now, it but on my (CC) ceramide barrier serum firsts in a light application and then sandwich it with C-firma in the middle. wait 30-60 seconds between. That works very well. I have no issue with the dispenser. This combo is very protective of skin.

Haven’t seen it get rid of my spots,yet. It does leave my skin feeling good.last a long time.lightweight absorbs nicely: doesn’t make you feel greasy. It’s kind of price for me but if it gets rid of my spots then worth it
