I think I said the last milky white gel polish I tried was my favorite, but since trying this one, the other brand has been dethroned. This is a true milky white, meaning it doesn't lean pink or beige or gray. The first coat goes on very sheer, and the color builds by coat 2 or 3, depending on how heavy-handed you are with it. I like 3 coats for more opacity and a greater squish factor, but when I'm pressed for time, 2 is more than enough to give a sheer wash to my nails and make everything just look clean and tidy. If you're even moderately careful with application, you can get this pretty streak-free, which is honestly kind of hard to achieve with most milky white gels (or with white polishes in general), and the main reason why this has taken my top spot for my go-to milky white polish. You do have to be careful with application because this wants to puddle and pool a little bit. The overall thickness/viscosity of the polish is good, it's just something that tends to be really noticeable with these kinds of sheer colors. If you keep your coats thin and even, it's not a problem. There isn't a super strong chemical smell and I don't feel ill when applying this, like I have with some cheaper brands. This fully cures in 60 seconds under LED lights and has such a gorgeous, jelly look to it with a single coat of shiny gel topcoat. This is a definite repurchase for me!

Just as good if not better than DND! I have so many DND gel polishes and love them. This color is hard to find. It’s a rich burgundy/cabernet wine color and is absolutely perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The quality is exceptional (color, consistency, non chip resistant, stay power). Application simplicity: I used my LED lamp (as instructed) and followed the usual base coat → colour → top coat routine. It cured well, looked professional, and didn’t feel too thick or heavy. Things to keep in mind: As with any gel polish, proper prep (clean nails, base coat, no oil) and full curing matter. I found my result was best when I followed the full routine. If you’re not using a gel lamp or correct base/top system, you may find it doesn’t last as well — this product is designed for gel manicure systems rather than quick air-dry lacquers. Removal requires soak-off time (as typical with gel). If you prefer polishes you can peel off or quickly remove without acetone/foil soak time, this might take a bit more effort. Overall: If you’re looking for a polish that combines a beautiful feminine color with long-wear performance and a high-gloss gel finish — this Double Rhythm gel polish really delivers. It hits that sweet spot of high-end look at an accessible price. I’ll definitely buy it again in other shades.

Beautiful color! I had an issue with the bottle breaking when I tried to open it, so I returned the 1st bottle. The return was expedited and I had the new polish in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this seller. It has an odor to it, but what nail polish doesn’t? After seeing all the bad press about gel nail polish I was glad to see a polish that didn’t have the toxins that were reported. I can’t wait to do my nails and will report back if any issues.
