I ordered this to replace a screen that had quite a few dead pixels on it. That bad screen came with my MSI GT73VR laptop I ordered on newegg. I am using the replacement screen right now. It came in undamaged. The screen was well packaged. The screen has no anomalies and functions as a brand new laptop monitor should. 100% satisfied, would recommend.

It wasn't the same product (it was Rev. C3 which is an upgrade) and the most important thing: the screen was bent when it arrived. Gladly it still worked and it's still up and running.Product was sent fast!
