Yes-I put it on every morning after I shower.  I let it dry for about 10 minutes, apply a prescription rosacea cream, let it dry for about 10 minutes, then apply makeup as usual.

Whew!  On looking at this I see what looks to me like 6 floral/plant extracts, plus possible coconut derived ingredients, and a bunch of other chemicals.

I'd be happier with just the azeleic acid in a cream base (yes I know cream base is a chemical mix) with nothing else.  And in fact that is available via some canadian pharmacies with a prescription for 20% cream, manufactured by Bayer, although there have been some supply chain problems.
