Can you wear the during the day at work?

I wear mine all the time during the day because I tend to chew the insides of my mouth (anxious habit). It helps immensely!

How do you clean them?

After years of using these and liking them, this is how we clean every morning very quickly. We use regular the original flavor LIsterene mouthwash followed by tap water. Just a few drops of each sprinkled on it and then about 5 seconds with the blow hair dryer. Takes 30 seconds total. Actually mouthwash can leave a small trace 'flavor' so we keep a bottle of Listerene that is half strength (mixed with tap water) for this purpose. We store the Night Guard in its thin tiny plastic dish which we place in one of those larger cases that were designed to store a larger half circle type of mouth guard, such as Oral-B. There are 2 kinds of teeth guards, this kind and the larger half circle kind. The half circle kind have a thick large storage case that looks like a larger half circle. And those have air holes on top for evaporation. We place the the little tiny Night Guard plastic dish in this larger dish to keep it free of dust but allows for air to dry it out by the next night. The schedule at our house is replace the Plackers Night Guard every 10 days (calendar days that end in 0 ).

I’m frequently taking this out during my sleep and then lose it because it is clear. Is there a colored version and/or can I color it somehow?
