Bold and smooth. I drink cold brew every single day. From local coffee shops in New York City to Gregory's, Starbucks, Dunkin and Blue Bottle. I've had all ends of the spectrum. I've tried other blends from Amazon. I would rate this the best of any I've ordered on Amazon. It is better than Starbucks, Dunkin and Gregory's. I would put it on the Tier 1 of local shops. Taste is great; very, very smooth. May be more expensive than other brands offered on Amazon, but worth the cost IMHO. I've also noticed I can use less coffee in the filter and it will still be strong and taste great.

I switched from Mind Body Soul, to the Peru beans from City Girl. I haven't been disappointed. No more acid reflux since switching, and the coffee is very pleasant, with a bit of a fruity taste, as they say on the bag.I hope that they really are helping women, as they say. That would be a win.

Not the best, not the worst. Appreciate the company and its business model and purpose. Medium roast with traditional flavors. Well-balanced with some nutty flavors. Would buy again, but not at their current price.

I’ve had great Honduran coffee before with amazing aroma and flavor. This isn’t it. It was quite tasteless and I don’t know if the beans were too old or what but it had no aroma. Couldn’t even finish using the bag. I guess if you want a very mild flavored coffee that doesn’t smell like coffee, get this one.

I just took the plunge and bought a cold brew maker a couple of weeks ago, so haven't tried out a ton of beans yet. This is the first bean I bought specifically for making cold brew, and it's way smoother, less acrid, and more balanced than the darker roast drip-grind beans I had been using. Flavor is slightly sweet, slightly nutty. Will be buying again.

If you like your classic South American Coffee's this is right up your alley!Acidty: MediumFlavor Profile from French Press: Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Cream, Sugar Cane, lightly floral, super light earthy.A downright amazing brew, even my not regular black coffee drinking friends were amazed at this bean, it smells like hot chocolate and that carries through in the taste but it has a very complex mix of flavors after the initial overwhelmingly sweet taste subsides. Enough acidity to feel zippy but smooth it honestly could be a Medium-low in that regard. Can't wait to try the rest of City Girl's roasts.
