Q: If these are sandwich cookies, then what is the filling?

These sandwich cookies are filled with what seems to taste like raspberry jelly (not mentioned in the description) and about half of it is covered with chocolate icing and sprinkles. Two cookies are wrapped together in plastic (9 separate plastic bags for a total of 18 cookies), so the remaining cookies remain fresh. I have ordered them twice - they are really good.
