Just as pictured. Each one has different sounds or octaves I guess? Great buy to entertain kids 2years old and up. My daughter is a year and a half and couldn’t quite get the hang of it yet, hence 2 yo and up.

Bought as party gifts for a Birthday Party. We call them Un Birthday gifts. The sound was good. Kids had fun playing them. Price was good.

I bought the as stocking stuffers for my grandkids and my niece. (Also to annoy their parents) I'm happy to report that they have been durable and make plenty of noise.

Arrived quick! My kids love them and they are easy to play with but the are kind of flimsy.

I guess I should not have expected much, given the price. My young daughters became interested in the harmonica yesterday after seeing their neighbor across the street with one. As an experienced harmonica player, I was thrilled they wanted to learn, but I wasn't about to let them mess around with my Suzuki ProMasters. I ordered these to give them something of their own. The kids were excited to get them. But my enthusiasm for them waned quickly after unboxing them, and totally evaporated once I started hearing these things in action. It is a complete disaster. As a player, the note intervals I was hearing them play immediately sounded wrong. Granted, poor technique can have an effect on blows and especially draws, so I decided to pull one out myself, and I could not even play a standard scale. And no wonder! It is NOT setup like a standard diatonic harmonica at all. I put it to a tuner and confirmed it is a total structural train wreck. Holes are leaking air into adjacent slots, notes are blowing anywhere from 14 to 30 cents sharp or flat, and the factory completely botched the reed plates—resulting in random accidentals and literal tritones where a standard major scale should be. ​On top of that, the note chart provided in the product description is a complete work of fiction that doesn't even match the instrument. Needless to say, and much to my chagrin, the kids are having a blast with them, but the former music educator in me wants to engage in a covert operation to throw them in the trash tonight and replace them with a decent standard-tuned diatonic harmonica. So, If you want a cheap noise-maker for a toddler to blow into randomly, this is fine. If you actually want your kids to learn the instrument without destroying their ears and sense of pitch, avoid this at all costs.
