Faucet looks great and performs as promised. After two years of use the faucet developed a small leak at the water turn on/off. The warranty had expired but I reached out to the company for assistance on fixing the leak; the company responded very quickly seeking video of the leak, which I provided, and the next day they responded with a solution. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem. I have received better support from this company than I EVER received from the Big Box stores - Will absolutely do business with this company again and recommend their products to my friends and family (and all of you, as well). Sincerely could not be more pleased with the product, the product support, and my interactions with the company's customer service!

Fairly easy install, works as advertised, just has a cheap feel to it. It obviously been "value engineered" to reduce cost. An upgrade from builder grade, and the waterfall and jet feature are good. Good price point.

I rarely take the time to write reviews as my thoughts on items tend to be the same consensus as what others have written, one way or the other. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with the GIMILI Touchless Kitchen Faucet - not only for the product but the beyond exceptional customer support that I received. We purchased the faucet in September and were very pleased with it both in style and performance. About two weeks ago, the handle got loose and would not stay on. My husband used the hex key provided with the faucet and attempted to tighten the screw in the handle multiple times but the screw just would not grab into the plastic casing designed to hold it tightly in place. At that point, I decided to reach out to their customer service ([email protected]) in hopes that they would be able to guide me through other options to try. I explained the issue and included a copy of my receipt showing that it was a fairly new purchase, explained what we had done to try and repair it, and included pictures to show the handle sliding down the casing sleeve. Within a couple hours, I received a response from a live customer service agent named Tina (shockingly, not an automated response email!) who asked me kindly to take pictures of the inside of the handle so they could see if the screw was missing or defective, which I did and sent. A few hours later, I received another response apologizing for any trouble this may have caused us and was notified by Tina that they would be sending me a replacement handle. She followed up the next day with a tracking number and ETA information. We received the replacement handle today and it worked beautifully. The issue was not with the faucet, which as I noted has worked amazingly well. I believe, as did they, the issue was with a defective screw, which they had no way of knowing about nor do I fault the product for in any way. I would order this product again in a heartbeat, but it's the exceptional customer service response, promptness and professionalism that will keep me a customer for life.
