Great Belt
I ordered this for a Can Am Maverick Maxx DS 1000R. It seems to work very well. I went through two of the OEM Can Am belts with the second one not lasting for more than a few hours. So far this belt seems to run cool using the Razorback belt temp guage and it seems to run quieter with minimal slipping. It just seemed tighter from the time I installed it. Seems like the second Can Am belt had too much deflection. I have used these before with good luck on my Kawasaki Teryx. Hopefully this is a better solution for longer belt life. The price is 1/2 the Can Am POS belts.

Quality product
This belt was just what my Hisun Utv needed. The clutch works like a beast now. So much cheaper and better quality than what our local Napa wanted to sell me.

Great belt
Great belt!! Was a little nervous about this because so of the bad reviews. Well I’m here to tell you if you break it in correctly it will hold up! I have a built outlander with a 975 motor over 100hp to the wheels and this belt has last over a year now and still looks perfect. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Ok for stock size tires
I smoked this belt in about 2 hours on a 2015 can-am Maverick after installing 30” tires. After going back to stock tires this belt holds up great. Looks like I probably should run the 30R3750 Gates Redline belt and upgrade the clutch before going back to the 30” tires.

Excellent craftsmanship! The Gates Carbon is one tough belt
I installed this belt on my 13 Outty 650 Xmr and immediatly noticed smother operation and less slippage on the 1-way during engine braking (I'm using a CVTech with a smaller 1-way bearing). I did smoke the hell out of it pulling someone out of a deep hole the first day using it. I took the cv cover off aftwards to inspect the belt for damage but couldn't find any. I thought I would had burned a nice flat spot on my brand new belt but I was mistaken, no visible damage at all. Another thing I noticed is the craftsmanship of this belt felt a lot "tougher" in my hands than the OEM or EPI belts. They seem cheaply made compared to the gates C-12. I almost laughed when my dealer handed me an EPI as an alternative to using the Gates. So far, it's a win.

You may find better, but won't pay more! (Junk!)
We got this for a CanAm Commander 1000x that we use around our property. It does not get much use. The belt failed in less than 100 miles. Pieces came off the side of the belt causing it to jerk and not operate properly at low speeds. High speeds over 25 mph were fine. Disappointed in the poor quality. Would have expected more from the brand. Could have bought 4 similar "off-brand" belts for the cost of this. I won't buy this brand again, not for the premium price.

Great product would not buy anything else
Great belt bought for my can am outlander as a spare but buddy with a maverick ended up blowing his belt on the trail that was over a year ago and the belt is still going strong will not buy another brand of belt due to how hard he is on his maverick

GATES AFTER MARKET WAY TO GO!! CAN-AM MAVERICK XMR
I got this belt because it was a better choice and more durable belt from reading the specs on the Gates website. I have a 2014 Can-AM Maverick XMR and still using stock clutches. OEM belt is fine but you can get a better belt from Gates and I chose this one due to the carbon fiber and still is way less then the factory belt. I don't run through belts fast but I have gotten in some deep mud and have mad it slipped some so it was time to change it out. I am a firm believer of changing out stock with something much better (my 2 cents). So far so good and love it. No slipping and grabs much better in my opinion. Thx!
