Made in USA, but CPT might be overkill
This is a quality capacitor and its specs match what I needed for my compressor unit, but its price reflects the fact that it includes a Compressor Protector Terminal (CPT). CPT is important for AC compressors that have a hard-start kit built in, but mine does not so the CPT would not have been used. Amazon has an exact match to my original (failed) capacitor, same manufacturer and part number, for about half the price, so I returned this one.

Fixed my AC in no time
Cheap enough to try even if you don't have the tools to confirm the issue - fixed my AC that went out in mid-summer with a fast delivery.

Arrived in good condition
Described as a replacement for Jard 12786 but is not exact and didn’t work for this AC. Waited past 30 days so it’s mine. Would recommend and try again upon being sure they are a match. My bad..

This brand capacitor although advertised as 45-5, only measures 40 micro farads, which is below the +-10% allowance
