These are clean and taste just fine. It’s a good value for your money. They don’t smell bad and it’s a great alternative to tums! I used these often during my pregnancy, they were recommended by my midwife!

In response to negative reviews about the flavor, Genexa recently made some product updates. I first ordered this in July 2025 and the taste was so-so. I reordered in November of 2025 surprised to see a change in shape, taste, and texture. These aren’t supposed to be candy, but the taste is a bit better now. I never had major complaints with the first bottle, though. Also, they are now less chalky, so that’s a plus. As far as effectiveness goes, I have been very pleased! I’ve struggled with acid reflux increasingly in the latter half of my pregnancy and these antacids have been a lifesaver (effectiveness has not changed with the update)! I particularly struggled with being woken in the middle of the night by painful acid reflux. A great fix/preventative step for me is to take one tablet right before bed and I haven’t been woken by pain since!

I bought these to help with acid reflux when I was pregnant. They did provide fast relief, but it did not last for long. I have not tried them when not pregnant, so they could have a longer lasting effect. They dont taste bad and are just a bit chalky. I do like that they have better ingredients then other products. I did have to switch to pepsid though by the end of my pregnancy. Will definitely buy these again for milk acid reflux.

We’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s been a convenient option to keep on hand when I need quick, everyday support after meals. Pros: the chewable tablets are easy to take, the clean ingredient approach is reassuring, and the tablets don’t have a chalky texture compared to some similar products. I also like that they’re individually easy to carry for home or travel. Cons: the flavor may be a little mild if you’re used to stronger-tasting chewables, and you do need to follow the suggested serving size carefully. Tip: keeping a small bottle in your bag or nightstand makes them easy to reach when needed, especially when you’re away from home or traveling. Love these. The taste is good considering why you are taking it. Relief from heartburn/indigestion is quick. Lid could be better, it tends to snap off.

Used to rely on these for quick relief, but my latest shipment was the new formulation, which does not seem to work as well and tastes awful. Go back to the old formula!
