Q: Had the skin and seeds been removed? Are they lectin-free?

Skins almost completely, there are some seeds but not a lot. It truly looks like what I get when I process tomatoes myself. The only ingredient is tomatoes.

Expiration date: 8 to 12 months from purchase.

Mine was less than a month. I love this product but was shocked at the shelf life, when buying this quantity. No way I will get through them by then. But in the past I’ve used past expiration and they were fine.

Q: description state this is a fish flavor?

The package contains only tomatoes. But the tomato flavor would taste good with a fish recipe, or with just about anything else.
