The item did not work and the seller is refusing to issue refund saying we sent back a different one then they sent us. Do not buy!!!

Defective "new" dvd player sold to me
They are refusing to replace or refund me for a defective auto dvd player. "Brand new unit. Sense we did not install the unit we can not issue a refund. Never have we ever had a bad unit out of the box and even fewer issues with Audiovox product overall. Will need to contact Audiovox for warranty.".***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** ***WARNING***

Has been installed today and it works great so far
I bought this for my 2012 Honda Odyssey. Has been installed today and it works great so far. I also bought Audiovox WM1 Voxx Smartstream Wireless Video Adapter to go with this player but it did NOT work. The player couldn't recognize it. I wish it did -_-

Waste of money
Do not buy this! It doesn’t work properly and the seller only refunded the tax and kept the remaining 236.00 for a “restocking “ fee!!! It can’t be restocked because it is defective! Also, the seller does not respond! This DVD player is junk
