WORKS! Period. Fast and no side affects. Been using this for many years and it is one of the BEST most effective hay fever relief. I also get the Similasan Nasal Allergy Relief and use them interchangeably. They are different formulations so if one is not giving me great relief, then I use the other one.The best way to use these homeopathic hay fever relief sprays is to start dosing yourself at the very very first sign of an attack and to keep dosing every 15 minutes until the symptoms abate, For me that is usually the first dose, but sometimes I need to dose a few times before it really kicks in.

I have a chronic sinus problem. This is particularly bad in winter and spring. I have been using this product for about two years and it works really well. My doctor had prescribed some steroid based nasal sprays which worked well for a year, but then started causing frequent nosebleeds. I have not gone back since.This is a grat product and gives me almost immediate relief from nasal sinus congestion - especially as I get asthmatic. This has helped me avoid inhalers many times.During spring I usually couple this with a saline nasal sinus rinse, which helps me get through the spring season

Good substitute for Fl*nase. Prescriptions make me jittery, and steroids aren't good to use for more than a week or two, if at all. This can be used pretty much indefinitely. Oddly, this works for nasal decongestion AND dry sinuses. Drugs don't do that. Homeopathics work, but it is a sometimes frustrating journey to find the one that works for you. Everybody is different, unlike the bill of goods that the pharmaceutical companies try to push. If you are skeptical about Homeopathy, read what Prince Charles says about using homeopathic medicines with his farm animals...probably not placebo effect when you are talking about cattle!

Product works great. Bottle leaks A LOT! I am on my 3 rd bottle because of it leaking. One bottle came almost empty because of faulty bottle design. Amazon did good on leak during shipping. Nect time will pour product into better spray bottle so I dont lose anymore.

Works well enough for seasonal allergies. It feels like a saline wash, closer to using a netty pot verses over the counter nasal sprays.
