I have bought two of these cases and they really do a great job at protecting your phone. You don't notive the screen protector at all and it is very lightweight but durable. I've had my phone three years and dropped it many times and not a scratch on the actual phone. I had a small problem with the kickstand not staying closed but when I mentioned it, the company sent me a replacement at no charge! This is definitely the best case all around for this phone and I was really impressed with the company's customer service!

Luckily I haven't dropped it yet, so no test for that yet.The case seemed very cheap and plasticky when I unboxed it. I didn't think I would keep it, but once my phone was inside, I decided I really to like it. It seems very secure.I purchased the white and grey one and it looks great. It has a built in kick stand on the back. It's plastic, so we will see how long it lasts, but it works great and it helps keep the case light.The case is easy to carry and goes in and out of the pocket with ease.

Pros: Pretty sizable (as a case should be) and easy to grip. A few times it has slipped out of my hand, but those times were on me, and not the product itself. Not very bulky, so it won't destroy it take up all of your pocket space. The stand is the best feature (in my opinion).Cons: not too easy to put on, and same for taking it off. Having a decent nail length without having to grab something to wedge between the screen protector and the case is nice to have. If you want to put things in your phone (like how some people put their metro card in their case) for easier access, this is not for you. Also, the screen doesn't seem to be that great at being scratch resistant. Partially that's on me, because the environment I work in is a bit more hands on, so my phone will get dirtier and beaten slightly, daily. But, I still expect the screen to not look like Jason Voorhees stabbed it. And cleaning the screen protector (again, taking it OFF is already an issue) is not that great either. Dirt (for me) gets stuck on the white sides on the inside of the screen protector, and it's not airtight, so liquids can easily slip between and get onto the phone screen itself while under the screen protector. Overall, you get what you get for <$30.

UPDATE!! The seller saw My review, and contacted Me. They apologized and said I must have recieved a defective case. They sent Me a NEW case, FREE OF CHARGE, and did not even require return of the original.The case case fits PERFECTLY! Looks great, SUPPORTS WIRELESS CHARGING AS ADVERTISED, I love this case, AND the Customer service!! Case is perfect for ALMOST everything. Responsive screen, great fit and feel, and looks good, BUT DOES NOT SUPPORT WIRELESS CHARGING, AS ADVERTISED! NEW INFO!! The company saw My review and offered to send a second case. They didn't even require return. Original case was defective, because the second case supports wireless charging perfectly!! GREAT CASE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I bought one of these cases for my Galaxy S9 a few years ago. It held up really well considering how many times I dropped it onto hard floors or pavement. I'm clumsy. The only real damage that it ever took was a crack in the front cover edge plastic, and the connection port covers on the bottom tend to stick out a bit after you've had it for a while. They just don't seat as firmly into the holes on the case after a few years. This is all expected. When I took my phone out of the case for the first time in a couple of years, I had to wipe a small amount of dust off, but it was in perfect shape, as if I had just bought the phone.I just recently re-purchased one of these cases to replace the old one with the cracked edge.I recommended this type of case to my brother for his Galaxy S20. He needed a case that would be compatible with a wireless charger, and this one is.

The case is not as rugged as like an otterbox or anything like that but I drop the phone all the time and it's fine. I accidentally poured a bowl of cereal onto my phone this morning and quite a bit of milk got into the case so I wouldnt exactly call the case waterproof by any definition of the word. Other than that it's pretty much a decent, cheap, rugged case.

I have never been able to keep a phone over two years.Something always happens... the screen mysteriously goes out, I drop it, it gets wet, etc. But I have kept this phone for 2 years and 3 months.Alas, the back of the phone has started to come unglued. It still works perfectly, of course, but I guess that's how it goes.This phone has taken MANY hits... getting dropped on all surfaces. This case only has one crack in one corner of the pink plastic part that goes around the screen.Alas, this company does not make a case for the new phone I had to buy. It is a great case. I don't want to switch to my new phone even.

Very tough, sturdy case not feeling too bulky and thick. Dropped idk how many times and still holds with no damage. The buttons are easy too use.

This is my 2nd case for samsung galaxy S9 with in a year I have to replace 2nd case! Build in screen protector part of this cover realy bad very cheap plastic. Bottom parts of the case very good.

I bought this cover at the end of June 2019 if I remember correctly. As of writing this it is now the 29th August 2019 and I have zero complaints. The case looks good, feels good and has proven it's durability. I have honestly dropped my phone over five times now (usually on hard ground) and the case has not even been scratched.The only improvement I would offer is to make the little stand at the back easier to open up. It sometimes hurts my fingers to open. But to be totally honest that is more my fault as I bite my nails. If you have nails you will be fine. Overall great product and would recommend to anyone.

I had a few reservations about this (or any) case, namely:Size, strength, screen sensitivity, fingerprint scanner, sticking while putting in/out of jeans pocket.Size: It does make the phone a bit bigger but still manageable in the hand and pocket.Strength: This thing is SOLID! I was concerned I was going to break it just separating the two parts but the front is pretty flexible, it closes really firmly.Fingerprint: I was worried that the fingerprint scanner would be harder to reach but actually the opposite is true. I used the phone for a few days before fitting the case and always had to make several attempts to get it. This case actually helps guide your finger to the scanner.Screen sensitivity: No worries here, the screen works perfectly inside the case.Sticking: Slides in and out of my pocket no problem, I thought the rubber would make it stick but it doesn't.The only downside for me is that it makes the phone bigger but most cases will and this one does really feel like you could drop or even throw it and your phone will be fine.I paid the extra £4 for the orange one and even that was £11 cheaper than my 1 month early upgrade to replace my broken S7. Worth every penny IMHO.

This is the second time i have purchased this product from this seller. i brought one and then my wife wanted one also. its really sturdy and well made. Great for protecting the front of the phone from Accidents like dropping and the clip that extends on the back is great when wanting to watch something comfortably/ hands free :)

Title was totally incorrect and the item does not include a built in screen protector. Originally i thought they had forgot the built in screen protector as i had purchased this item from other sellers in the past. I then thought i would see if the phone would fit as the case that does come with a screen protector cannot hold the item properly without the built in screen protector. but it had a perfect fit which showed me that the item advertised is incorrect. do not recommend buying this product as the description is not accurate and misleading.
