Great pot for cooking chili or beef stew for our family gatherings. Also, perfect for making strawberry or peach preserves. I haven’t tried frying chicken in it yet, but I’m sure that will work, too!!

Pot is heavy empty, but it does a great job.

it is not Non Stick and food gets burned in the center area and you have to stir the food non stop or the food gets stuck and burn right in the center

I’ve got a 16qt and I’m getting the 12 and 9qt,no complaints it’s cast iron not Teflon!! You don’t watch how you cook you burn your food
