This thing is small but mighty. Love that it is compact enough to fit on a shelf in my closet and it’s lightweight. It’s so easy to clean and traps pet hair in its own compartment for easy removal. It has a self cleaning ability which is so good for cleaning out the hose. I did my 8x10 area rug that’s in a high traffic area and my dogs’ favorite place to be. The amount of dirt this thing removed is baffling. I didn’t even realize how dirty it was until I cleaned it 🤢 The area rug dried quickly (I left the ceiling fan on high). You definitely want to make sure it’s dry before walking on it or allowing pets back on it again.

This is very compact, easy to use, and I love the self-cleaning attachment. I use it for cleaning furniture, spots on large area rugs and have even cleaned one of my large area rugs.The suction is also great and allows for quick drying

Works great! Lifted stains well and had great suction to pull water out of fabric. Lightweight and easy to use.

A year ago this unit came with larger sizes of the carpet cleaner in addition to a hose cleaning attachment and the pet stain attachment. Fast forward to a year later it’s trial size bottles of carpet cleaner, no hose cleaner attachment, and no pet cleaning attachment. The cleaner works fine but I was sorely disappointed to learn they removed the additional attachments and reduced the size of the cleaning solutions. There is only enough solution provided to fill the tank once. The concentrate one lasts a bit longer but the other one is one and done. Buy a bottle of the non-diluted solution if/when you buy this unit.

I used it to clean my car and omg it’s works great. Very easy to use and light weight. My car was super duper dirty so I have to give it a second clean but another day I got tired this time lol. But I do recommend!!

Great working machine. The only thing I would add is a pole that reaches higher for a few reasons. The main reason is that I am tall, and having to bend over to scrub the carpet can start to hurt my back after about 20 minutes of scrubbing with the power brush. If it were a taller pole, it would be less stretch to vacuum the ceiling.

It didn’t take long for me to love this machine. Easy to use and even easier to clean after use. I previously had a different brand but it constantly leaked and was extremely hard to clean. I first used this on an ottoman that looked terrible after a spill. A couple of swipes and it was gone. I then spot cleaned some stains on my bedroom carpet. One had been there for a year even though had I tried getting it up using various products. It came up immediately with this! The machine and its cleaning solutions are head and shoulders above anything else I’ve ever used, including my upright carpet cleaner. The cleaning solutions has a light, pleasant smell and gets out the toughest stains. I also liked that the ottoman and carpet didn’t feel wet afterwards, just slightly damp. I don’t have much room for storage in my apartment but this stowed away nicely in a small closet. So glad I bought this!

Disappointing Performance – Not Recommended for Pet StainsI absolutely do not recommend this product. Unfortunately, it has very poor suction. I hate to leave a negative review, but the main reason I purchased this was to clean carpeted stairs affected by pet urine, and it completely failed to do the job.The machine doesn’t seem to create a proper lather with the shampoo, and it certainly doesn’t perform as expected. After repeatedly going over the same areas with considerable effort, the machine picked up very little liquid. I ended up returning it.If you're trying to remove pet urine from carpets, especially on stairs, this isn’t the right tool. I’ll now have to hire a professional to get the job done. This product might be suitable for light touch-ups, but it’s definitely not built for heavy-duty cleaning.
