As with most supplements, the effect of taking pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto is subtle. The decision to add to your routine would likely be based more on research than personal experience. Still, the research does speak to the efficacy of these products in promoting urinary, prostate, and skin/hair health. Throw in some immunity and sleep enhancement and I like the prospects.This VivoNu product seems to be the real deal. Non-GMO is something my son-in-law (who's a supplement professional) says to definitely look for and here it is. Cold-pressed pure virgin oil is a good assurance of purity and strength. The capsules are easy to swallow. The price is quite reasonable.All positive.

This combines a couple of ingredients I wanted to add to my daily routine. I'd read about pumpkin seed properties, and of course saw palmetto is a popular one for male health, prostate and hair. Saw palmetto is something I've taken in the past, but now in my senior years felt I really should add back.The ingredients list looks great. I'd prefer to see more than "Made in PRC", for product confidence. GMP certification and third party testing, for instance, would be welcome. However, these two ingredients aren't rocket science, nor difficult or expensive to produce, so it's not a deal breaker for me. The product seems high quality, and I'll assume they didn't go to this work without it being legitimate.100-day supply at three per day. the small gel caps are super easy to swallow with water. A decent dose, it seems, though I might further supplement the saw palmetto. Fortunately, I have another supplement on the way that also includes saw palmetto.

Easy to swallow, small brown pills. I purchased these to help with my hair loss related to post partum. However, I realized that these are NOT advisable to use when nursing. So unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop them. My three-stars is not related to that, however. It is instead related to the ingredients labeled: lemon yellow, bright blue, and carmine red. Does that mean we are talking about Red-40 and Lake Blue, etc.? The country or origin for this product is China, distributed from Colorado. Unsure what regulations look like in that regard. For this reason, I am not sure how confident I feel in the product anymore.
