Been taking creatine for about 2 years straight now, usually toss 5 grams in with my protein shake. Ghost creatine in my opinion mixes the best, it’s a very fine powder and not gritty like some other ones. Will buy again!

Ordered for my husband who reports that it works very well for him in the gym, providing the energy he needs during a workout. He says it dissolves pretty well but that he chugs his drink anyway so the texture and taste don't matter to him.

I does not dissolve in water properly even in my electric mixer and has an odd taste. Maybe I just got a bad batch but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Had to throw it out.
