Slendertone Abs Gel Pads (3 Sets)

These gel pads are awesome. We also love our Slendertone. It was life changing for me after I had my son. I worked out a ton before he was born and continued after he was born. But I couldn't get my abs back. My stomach felt like JELLO. So my husband got me the Slendertone. I was scared to wear it at first, I thought it might shock me. But I gave it a shot and ended up loving it. 2 weeks later I could feel muscles in my stomach again. I would say about 4 months later I had the start of a 6 pack and now a year later I have a perfect stomach. I have always used it for 30 mins at least 6 times a week. I even take it on vacations :) Best money I have ever spent!!!!!!

Bianca is almost a good heroine. She's tough, she's strong, she's a good best friend. But when life gets a little too real for her, she finds a way to escape the s*** storm one tryst at a time. Ignoring her life at home and the problems she doesn't know how to deal with, she falls into an arrangement with Wesley, the school playboy. But can he save her? Can he help her save herself? I'm going to start this review saying that I liked this book. However, I didn't think that it was a good book, if that makes sense. Bianca would be a great heroine if a.) she didn't push away her friends (who were clearly trying to be there for her) in favor of having escape sex with a guy she didn't even like and b.) she didn't sleep with a guy who she thought (even if it turned out not to be true) didn't give a crap about her and was actually kind of an ass to her and used her in an attempt to get play from her hotter friends. Like, really? We're going to sleep with that guy? Even though I did end up liking Wesley in the end, it was just a little tough for me to swallow. Especially because his DUFF comment about her sent her into a downward self esteem spiral and caused her to have some serious body issues. The book is very character driven as opposed to event driven. You spend the entire novel in Bianca's head and it's not exactly a good place to be. Everything felt circular, we kept coming back to the same things which got boring for me after a while. The book placed most of the focus on her relationship with Wesley and skirted around her relationships with her father, mother, and friends which made the story seem juvenile and less interesting. Plus, I felt the characterization was off. Especially during the fight with her father. We weren't given any indications on how he acted as an alcoholic at all during the novel until he had the blowout fight with Bianca and then it was overkill. I would have liked to see evidence of his alcoholism affecting his personality before the big fight. It seemed like the build up was non-existent. Whereas, the relationship with Wesley was lavished upon and you could see the development as the story progressed. Basically, this book focused on a teen romance amidst a plethora of greater storylines ripe for the telling that were ignored. And while I enjoy a good book about teen love, I don't like a good book that doesn't explore the whole picture outside of the love story. I liked it, but then again, I didn't. I finished it in a few hours and it kept my attention, but I didn't really get a positive feeling from it upon finishing- just an unsettling one.

I love this thing. I not only use it on my arms, but I wrap it around each thigh, one at a time, putting one pad on each side, quad, hamstring, inner and outer, then I wrap an ace bandage around it so it fits snugly and I get good traction. It works great. The only drawback is that the pads stick to the plastic protective covers better than they stock to the garment. And when I have it on my arms, the cord keeps getting caught under my butt and pulls on the garment. But I can really feel it working and my strength is better when I work out with weights.

I buy these for my husband and they are a staple in his self-care routine. It helps with belly fat and I see that it is working when he uses it steadily.

Exactly What I need

The gel works but I did not see any results. I can feel it working but in the end, still the same, but not sure if I do this properly.

I use my belt every other day. The belt pads last a long time. Easy to use very comfortables. It helps a lot to loose measurements.

This three pack including 9 gels total is the best value I'm aware of for purchasing replacement gels. It is possible, as other reviews have indicated to prolong the life of your gels with alcohol-based cleansers. Nevertheless, you will eventually need to replace the gels for maximal results (recommended is 20 sessions). These replacement gel pads work well. I haven't experienced the problems that the other reviewers speak of with the gels not adhering to the belt appropriately. I purchased direclty from Amazon.com. Make sure you are getting genuine Slendertone and in my experience you'll be alright. The threepack at the time of writing this review makes each set cost just over $6. This is about half the price of the currently listed one-pack. I use the Abs Toner multiple times a day while I am working at my desk, so it is good to be able to have low-cost high-quality replacement gels.

depuis plusieurs années j'utilise ce type de patch pour ma ceinture je n'ai jamais été déçu par contre il est important à chaque utilisation de le remettre au réfrigérateur afin que cela dure plus longtemps dans le temps

Es un buen producto imprescindible si utilizas el cinturón abdominal de slendertone... Buena oferta al comprar un pack de 3...ahorras alrededor de 15 euros.
