Expensive for the amount and didn’t feel like it worked any better than my former well known brand of capsule.They definitely had a strong smell of vinegar which I feel is a good indication that they have plenty of vinegar in them. They were not difficult to swallow and had no taste to them.

2 weeks into taking this product and the only thing that has happened is I get a mild upset stomach for about 10 minutes directly after taking the supplements in the morning. I'm assuming that the feeling is from the release of the acv. I will take the rest and give it a honest try. I have heard nothing but good things about acv but cant swallow it.

According to the awesome feedback this is really good for the body. My problem is my stomach hurts after cause maybe due to my acid reflux. I think the best way in my humble opinion is to make sure you’ve eaten or your stomach is full before taking it.
