They did a very good job. I bought this necklace in rose gold for my mother, with a personalized name phrase and it was done perfectly. My mother loved it and proudly wears it everywhere!

We now have matching necklaces. They are small but not too small. The detailing is nice. The price is good and the wait to receive a customized necklace was not outrageous. I would purchase another customized piece from this seller.

I love my necklace it was everything I expected. The only thing I do not like about it is it is light weight and it does not stay straight and you have to keep it turned to the front. Other than that it's a good asset.

Perfect. It took exactly one month from when I ordered but I received updates on the status of my order until I received it. For the price it’s a sweet looking, sturdy feel rose gold, it’s not a piece I would wear all the time, so I think it will last a good amount of time for 16 dollars. I will update my review if anything changes so far I’m in love...

Very nice piece. Arrived as described - did take a while to get here but was worth it. Overall, good quality but left hook on the name plate came open, so I haven’t been able to use it but it’s still very pretty.

I just love them!!! Look really good, well made and material looks like is steel but only time will tell. Hope is real steel because I’m allergic to cheap jewelry/materials. They come from china but was a really fast shipping. Good presentation like you can see on the pictures
