This product works great on relaxed hair. If you have natural hair not so much. That has been my experience.

Q: How to use this product?

You can go to the Nairobi web page and there are videos on how to use this product. It's also on youtube.

Q: How is this applied, do I need to purchase another product to achieve desired effect, & about how many applications will I get for shoulder length?

It was applied after washing set for 35 minutes then rinsed out. No need for any other product. I have shoulders length hair used half a bottle with great results. Also enchanted the shine of my hair.
