The cryotherapy pads are the most relaxing feature I’ve experienced in an at-home device—cool, soothing, and instantly calming. I genuinely look forward to this part of my routine every evening. I was initially concerned about whether this product might trigger my melasma or hyperpigmentation, but I’m happy to say that after four weeks of use, none of that has occurred. Instead, my skin looks fresher, smoother, and more even-toned, with real improvements in just a month. I will attach a picture. I usually use the better aging mode once a day, but there are days when I just put it on cryotherapy-only mode simply to unwind—it feels like an at-home spa treatment. This mask is so much more than just red light therapy. It’s a complete self-care experience that combines skincare and relaxation in one. If you’re looking for visible results and a way to melt away stress at the same time, this is absolutely worth it!

Love this mask! This LED face mask was great overall, especially the cooling/cryo function. It felt amazing on the skin and noticeably helped reduce puffiness, particularly under my eyes. That feature alone makes this mask stand out from others I’ve tried. I ultimately returned it—not because of performance—but because I decided to invest in a more expensive, FDA-cleared mask instead. That said, this one absolutely did what it claimed, and I was impressed with the results for the price point. I fully plan on repurchasing the Shark mask as a secondary option because the cooling feature is that good. Love the fit. Able to adjust to fit comfortably. Under eye cooling a great feature ! Already noticing a difference in skin, less breakouts.

I love this mask and it’s pretty effective. Wirecutter rated it highly. Has to be charged about every 4 days and it’s heavy and kind of loud. You can’t wear glasses with it, so can’t multi task well while wearing, but I do like it!

I bought this mask after using the Renuvalight mask bought online and finding it lacking (awkward strap and the whole mask directly touched the face). The Shark solved all my problems! The over the head strap is extremely comfortable and it makes me want to use it each night. The mask is held away from the skin allowing the lights to work effectively. The main point of contact is two metal cooling pads at your lower eye/upper cheek area. You can adjust the intensity of the cooling or turn it off entirely. I enjoy it and find it to be relaxing. It lasts 3-4 uses before needing to be charged again. I am 46 and have the joy of treating both aging and acne and so far I have enjoyed the “acne clearing” setting. I have had about 40 uses so far and I think I have been seeing less pimples and overall smoother brighter skin. Highly recommend!

I loved this but unfortunately got one with a defect...the red light would just shut off or the mask itself would shut off after 2 min...Amazon support was great and got me a new one sent out ASAP btw the way the company Shark itself was useless in helping even though its still under warranty...THANK YOU AMAZON

When you click purchase “New” item you don’t expect to receive an already opened box with seal broken, product not in plastic and looks to be used, and not even factory rested item, especially when it comes to something that pertains as a treatment for the skin, I was immediately turned off like someone used it then decided it’s not for them then tried put it together and bent the label on the outer box, for something I did research on and having knowledge about skin care being a esthetician since 2006, this was upsetting, if I’m paying $372 for a new product it should feel like Christmas, not like my rich aunts hand-me-downs because she didn’t like the way it made her feel. Completely disappointed with shark and I’m still waiting on my refund!!!

Cools the eye sockets nicely. Fun to use.
