My dad was having problems with his charger popping out of his phone when he puts it down to charge it now he’s got the new stand it’s charging perfectly without any issue

Although this is a USB-C connection, it is NOT USB 3 which most USB C devices are capable of using. Therefore, when using it for data transfer (as well as charging) the data transfer is only at USB 2 speeds (480Mbps) rather than USB 3 speeds (5Gbps) or even USB 3.1 speeds of 10Gbps.I'm not sure if a USB 3/3.1 cable is available from the manufacturer but reading the included piece of card, I would suggest not.

Cannot be used if your phone is in a shock/waterproof protective case. Only fits when your phone has a thin case or no case. Feels cheap.

Sits perfectly on my bedside table where my phone operates as an alarm and does a great job charging my phone. Bought a new case for my phone and was glad to see that it still charges with the added bulkiness. Kind of wish the cable was a bit longer but does the job nevertheless

I have a Google Nexus 6p phone which is a usb-c type connector, however despite saying this was usb-c fitting it wouldn't connect. Looked good quality but useless to me, returned to Amazon

Phones don't sit well in charger, does not sit flat on a table but offers good power and keeps the phone upright even if it is a bit wobbly, worth the money
