A must for insulating a free standing acrylic tub - but there is a trick
The Foambeak works great for spreading spray foam insulation on flat surfaces. It would be impossible to cover a flat surface like the underside surfaces of a bathtub without it. As you see in the picture, the foam spreads in nice 3 to 4 inch wide bands, providing you know the trick. The trick? You must have the surface you are insulating parallel to the ground. If you try spreading along the side of the tub that isn't parallel to the ground, the foams just runs off due to gravity. It doesn't stick at all. So you have to orient the tub so that the surface you are spraying is flat to the ground and do one surface at a time. Then is works great. You will see in the picture that the tub is on its right side and I just used the Foambeak to spray the left inside surface which is parallel to the floor. Let it dry for at least 3-4 hours and then reorient the tub for the next surface. For the angled ends of the tub, I propped one end of the tub up on a step ladder. I used an old cushion to protect the tub. Be sure to cover everywhere you work with plastic as the foam insulation is impossible to get off of surfaces like wood without damaging it. Also wear latex gloves, you don't want the foam on your hands. It only cleans off with nail polish remover, do not use soap and water as these cause the foam to harden. If you are doing a large area like a bathtub, buy the Foambeak 12 pack. I had 2 Foambeaks with cracks that I could not use, but since I had 12 it did not matter.

Does not work on overhead surfaces with Pest Block
While I am not sure which product to blame here, my attempt to install Polyurethane foam (specifically: GREEN CAN - Pest Block Touch-n-Foam*: with 5.05mm OD (small) straw) on the underside of a subfloor was a complete failure. The Foambeak did spread out the foam to 3" width, the foam did not stick to the subfloor and fell off in thin sheets (on top of me mostly). I then tried it on a vertical surface (wall sheathing) with the same result. Assuming the foam was not defective (it was a new can), the claim that the Foambeak can install this product on vertical or overhead surfaces is inaccurate in my opinion.

Great but clogs quickly
Great for about 1 can of foam, then clogs and is much less effective subsequently. Also is really hard to clean. I used it for covering the sides of a stock tank for a cold plunge. Plan on going through a lot of these if you are using multiple cans of great stuff or other spray foam.

Did work for applying insulation foam vertically
I had my basement small windows replaced with vinyl ones. To do that the contractor had to cut out old insulation to remove old wood framed windows. I needed to apply foam insulation around new windows to insulate the windows more and to be ready for another contractor to spray all basement foam insulation (old and new) with fire retardant paint per code requirements. I bought the vertical nozzles and bought foam insulation cans. Cutoff the stopper tip from the insulation foam can nozzle and inserted the vertical nozzle. I was able to spray vertical surfaces (by ensuring I slowly spray foam in small amounts and very close to the surface of the area) It was also good to use for horizontal areas as it dispenses foam in a wider flatter manner. I was able to use the nozzles again after using them by letting the foam inside of them dry for 24 hours. I used flat screw driver to chip away and clean the old foam inside of them. Remember to shopvac the area to foam first so foam sticks better. Also remember to wear protective gloves, clothing, eye protection, and protective respirator.

Only use with great stuff foam
This will only fit the great stuff spray foam products. Tried to use it on 3 other brands and the opening was not big enough to fit in the plastic straw tube of the other brands.

Doesn’t fit
Doesn’t fit on several different manufacturers. Definitely doesn’t fit on Dewalt or Loctite brands

Works as advertised
I bought these to use for insulating my acrylic-fiberglass alcove bathtub and they worked exactly as I was hoping. I used Loctite Tite-foam window and door spray foam, and the Foambeak nozzles fit perfectly on the straws that came with the cans of spray foam. The foam spread out evenly from the nozzle, but make sure you buy several more cans than you think you'll need, because if you need to go to the store to buy more, you'll have to throw away the Foambeak nozzle and use a new one. My tub took 6 cans of the Loctite Tite-foam (just around three sides, not on the bottom or behind the apron). I applied the foam while the tub was upside down and allowed the foam to cure before installing it, so that I could trim any foam that expanded too far. If possible I would recommend applying the foam to horizontal surfaces, because it tends to droop when applied to a vertical face. These nozzles are 3D printed, and one of the three I received had a small hole in it due to a printing error, but with a piece of duck tape over the hole, it was not an issue.

worked perfectly
I was skeptical from looking at reviews but after trying it out, I can't figure out why it got a bad review. It did just as described. It spread out the foam as stated and when I was done I let the foam dried and with minimal effort, the foam came loose from the plastic. No fuss, no problem. I would recommend this to anyone.
