Be careful with this laptop and the subscription to McAfee, I received my laptop two weeks ago, and once I finished setting it up I got a pop-up saying my McAffe subscription had ended over 200 days ago.

This was ready to go out of the box. Set up was quick. All software was updated. Screen quality is great. Shipped fast from the vendor! Worth the money, a bargain compared to similar models.

Updated: they told me I was 2 days over 30, which is crazy that they don’t accommodate their customers like other stores do. Also when I tried to escalate it, I never heard a reply. I thought it would be helpful to try a new cable, maybe the one they sent me is defective. The warranty , which they told me to speak with, also doesn’t even have a cable in stock to send me. So, i have not been able to use my computer for weeks now.I I wanted to write a first experience review on this computer. It took a little bit for the computer to update and do wouldn’t need to do so it was a little slow at first. But after that it was OK. I have had it maybe three or four days over the 30 days from purchase an item will now not turn on at all. It’s been plugged in for several minutes and it will not turn on. I bought it for work at home and now I can’t even do that. If this company does not respond back to me with a return I will be overly disappointed and have to escalate it.

Great laptop! Quick startup, runs fast. My main qualification for the laptop was that it can run Skyrim SE, which it does very well.

This laptop crashes now regularly, 8 months into owning it. Screen goes black at times and is unresponsive during Zoom calls. Have gotten BSOD as well (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error during Zoom calls occasionally, but all drivers and the OS are all up to date, no hw plugged in except a mouse, no compatibility issues detected, no overclocking is applied- standard troubleshooting steps not solving it). No malware detected (running ESET antivirus this whole time). no other app open, near my Fios router w/ 75MBps WiFi connection. I would like a refund. Maybe it is a refurb not a new model w/ incompatible components swapped in? Seller marketed it as new.

Great laptop, especially for the price out performs my expectations.
