How big length and/or width is the largest piece of scaffold, as I need to get this in pieces upstairs and round a corner landing?

can this scaffold be reduced in size !. and can it be used on steps & uneven surfaces

Yes, the 6m one can be used reduced in size but it would be difficult to use on uneven surfaces unless you were happy to put some sort of spacers under the main 4 legs. The outriggers can be adjusted to cope with uneven surfaces but you would still need to pad out the four main legs for stability.

Would it be possible to use with scaffold tower adjustable base plates to level on uneven ground.

Any adjustment made to raise one end would need to be great enough to enable the upper platforms to run horizontally and couple with the rungs they attach to on each side. Any rung will do so as long as your adjustment is great enough, I see no problem. Tie the structure in to the brickwork. PS The stabilizer rods are dead easy to attach and manouvre.
