We have looked at so many e bikes but decided to go for this one. The purple colour is fantastic and it just a fantastic looking bike. The assembly of the bike was minimal and easy to do if time is taken. My partner has tested the bike after charging the battery and she loves it. This bike will make her life getting to and from work so much easier. Oh nearly forgot to mention the bike arrived today….. it should have been between the 17th and 23rd. Very impressed with delivery, quality, colour and cost of the bike. Would definitely recommend

This product is amazing. Easy to use and fairly easy to assemble. A lovely ride and a great price. Communication was excellent and despite the estimated delivery being 13-18 days due to Dragon Boat festival it arrived over a week early which is amazing

got this for the wife to get her back into biking ,fairly easy to build if you plan it out properly , nice comfortable ride and good range of assist modes and also a throttle mode. looks like a good sturdy bike and should last , a little heavy but thats to be expected with a battery and a motor but its not too bad.

This is the second Hyuhome bike I’ve bought. The bikes are solid and reliable and easy to ride. Assembly is straightforward but you need to have some idea to get everything right-it actually took me a couple of hours. It looks good in purple and looking forward to some assisted cycling in the future.

Arrived early and well packaged. This is actually my second of the exact same bike. My mother loved mine so much, she asked to get one herself. Very comfortable & really enjoy riding it. Suits young people as much as it suits the older generation. I love going out on mine. Definitely recommend this purchase.

Wow, what an amazing product and delivered earlier than expected, installation of the bike was quite simple too, with following the manual and YouTube videos. And the company messaged to make sure all was good.Thank you so much for such an amazing product. Works a treat and definitely worth it 👌😀.

So after less than 2yrs both batteries have now failed. The batteries on both bikes had previously been left with 4 bars displayed on the bike charge display (6 being full charge) and there were also lights showing on the batteries themselves showing still over half full. The bikes are kept inside and at normal battery working parameter temperatures and had been working exactly as they should previously. After approx. 2 weeks not using the bikes due to bad weather outside, I returned to find no power at all on the bike's display and no lights on the battery display. This happened first on the one bike and a few weeks later on the other. I had researched battery care when I first had the bikes and adhered to all the advice given on care.I contacted the Bike supplier when the first battery went and the only thing they offered was a very small £20 discount on me purchasing another battery. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING after an initially good service. The batteries cost just under £300 including delivery from AMAZON. I initially thought, when the first battery failed, that it may just have been a faulty one but as both batteries have failed it appears there must be a design fault on the internal cells that power the battery management system. I have managed to source 2 new batteries directly from the manufacturer using the ALIBABA site for £350 including shipping to UK. Sadly though, this cost after 22 months is not what I expected and if I had known this before I purchased the Bikes I would NOT have bought them.

I use this for my daily commute to work and so far it has been fantastic! It's a great alternative to a standard bicycle.
